Each family that wish to be fetching water from our compound, we pay #2000 naira per month.
This payment will be made upfront before you are permitted around our taps.
NOTE: we will not allow anybody coming to fetch water with anybody’s name.
And once we notice you are diverting our water to your compound neighbors. It will be treated/considered as a bridge of agreement.

What I mean is this, if you or any other person observe anything going wrong in the street, it’s the person’s obligation to report the same to the appropriate person. Not all these indirect talks.
