Is like when the coordinators need water or have visitors, they will go on the water. To look as if is for our good.
Please let’s respect others and stop being self-centered with public amenities. 😡😡😡.
If anything went wrong we deserve explanations.
My brother this is taking people for granted and abuse of positions.

Enough energy supply period to pump up?

It’s becoming annoying
I don’t see reason why we should not have steady water now
I don’t know if the wait to have constant water supply in our rooms will be indefinite, thought the wait was over after the water issue got fixed two days ago. We live in a lodge that lacks organization, management and control. Yesterday the information given to us was that they washed the tank, I don’t really know the update today, we waited for almost a month to have the water issue fixed, now it’s fixed, I don’t know why at this time we can’t have a constant water supply in our rooms. The gate keeper get pissed off at times when asked questions that should be directed to the landlord, caretaker, lodge president (if there’s such). The work of the gate keeper should be properly defined here, if he’s the one that should keep pumping the water we all can turn to him when there’s no water. I have heard of bizarre excuses since I checked in here, the first excuse was that there’s no water in the ground when the water issue came up and I wondered if there’s an Elijah in Ebo street that declared drought in this compound, considering the fact that we were buying water from our neighborhood when water dried in our own Compound. Everything is handled with levity in this lodge, the most disgusting part of it is that you don’t know who to go, who to ask these questions when the need arises.
I suggest my friend Franklin, you ask who you pay money to, listen folks, If you guys really want things to work here in other to enjoy the money’s you pay, ” as you do what is right, ask questions, get answers, if not satisfied dig deeper, I more deeper, force the answers out in other to eliminate the drug of gradualism or being in a perpetual darkness of what is going” Just common sense
I wish to clear some air here, no body is monopolizing the use of water in this compound, nobody opens the water when he or she has visitor, and nobody have control on the usage of other people in this compound. Until we all embrace the challenge together we can’t come out of it. I am still sure the are rooms where their taps are having leakage and water is wasting from there too. I have never told IBB to open or off water for any reason. Let us collectively check our rooms and see where the water is wasting from.
Moreover I wish to state it categorically that whatever service I am rendering to make sure things work out in this compound is not self centered and have no personal benefit attached to it..
Let us individually and collective put effort to checkmate our usage and those who have fault with their taps should own up and let us know so that we can fix it once.
I also wish to inform every tenant living here is that anytime u don’t see water in the room, the simple explanation is that there is no water. Know this and know peace. Nobody I repeat can ever shot the water down for his personal usage….
For the safety of the sumo Ibb have been instructed to only pump water when the water finishes. He will only pump water if it finishes even if there is light….
Once again let us control our usage of water and avoid wasting it unnecessarily.

From my enquires and observation. This lack of water now is been caused by our fellow tenants. Who has a damaged valves and refused to speak up for it to be repaired. Maybe the person doesn’t have money and is ashamed to relate to
He would’ve helped or assisted.
If you are among these 👆👆 tenants, please we beg you in the name of God, help others, and stop suffering us.
I openly and sincerely apologise to our water organizers for wrong accusations.

Please let everyone bring up suggestions on when and when will be opening the water, reason been that we can not be pumping and also releasing water same time .. please we need suggestions
Please those who have form the habit of going the turn the water valve downstairs open when they need water should stop it and allow Ibb to be controlling this water. That’s why we will keep complaining about water, those who go to turn on the valve when they need water should please stop it, that you have an idea of where to turn on the water valve is not a yahstic that u will keep turning it on for ur selfish desire.. so that we don’t embarrass ourselves .. a word is enough for the wise
I suggest you get one or two person to check all the flats when there’s water to see whose plumbing is leaking. we can’t continue like this
Off course especially our side if water full now just one hour people are coming to meet me talk say water don finish again as now the water has full all of them yesterday last night but now I just enter the toilet the water is not rsh😭 abeg who’s the suffer me like that nah😭😭😭😭
